Delete your Wisp Whisper data

Wisp Whisper by Mana Star Studio

Wisp Whisper has no accounts with email or passwords. Your Garden lives on your device. The only data on our server comes from two optional features: community rankings and profiles, and anonymous play statistics.

In the game (fastest)

• Rankings and profiles: open Leaderboards › Account & troubleshooting and tap Delete My Ranking Data, then confirm. Your ranking name, scores, profile, friends, blocks and fair-play records are deleted from our server straight away.
• Play statistics: open More › Privacy and turn off Share anonymous play statistics. The statistics already sent are deleted. If you are offline, this finishes the next time the game connects.

By email

If you can't use the game (for example, you uninstalled it), email manastarofficial@gmail.com with your ranking name. We will delete your ranking and profile data within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask a question to check that the ranking is yours.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your ranking name, player ID, scores, profile, friends and friend requests, blocks, reports you made, and fair-play records, or your play statistics.
• Kept: overall statistics totals with no ID (such as players per day per country). If a player was blocked from the rankings for breaking the rules, the moderation record of that block is kept so the block keeps working.
• Recovery copies: our database host keeps a 7-day recovery history, so deleted data can remain there for up to 7 days.
• On your device: deleting server data does not touch your Garden save. To remove the game and its save, uninstall it.
